3CHI CBD review: product range, testing and customer feedback
Updated
3CHI gives tincture buyers several ways to combine CBD with other cannabinoids. The choice depends on which compounds you want in the bottle: Natural emphasizes CBD, CBG:CBD specifies equal amounts of two cannabinoids, and Sleep combines CBD with CBN. The largest milligram figure does not always mean the most CBD.
Concentrated oils are a reason to consider the range, but blend names and package variants need a closer look. The batch documents help explain what is in each formula. This review covers all 17 local CBD Diff catalog records and selected public evidence checked on October 24, 2026. We did not purchase or personally test the products.
What the range includes
The catalog records nine oils, six vape products, one cream and one isolate powder. Eight oils are finished tinctures; the ninth is bulk distillate. The vape records comprise five Focused Blend cartridges and a crystal-resistant oil. Distillate and isolate belong in a separate comparison from ready-to-use tinctures because their package amounts are incomplete in our catalog.
Sixteen records are classified as broad spectrum and one as isolate. Those classifications do not establish that every batch has zero THC. The official tincture specifications cite a less-than-0.3% THC threshold; a laboratory's not-detected result has a different, sample-specific meaning.
There are no gummies or capsules in this catalog selection. 3CHI's wider business includes other products, including THC products, so company-wide reviews often describe purchases outside the scope of this CBD review. Names such as Calm, Focus and Sleep are product positioning, not evidence of a tested effect.
Comparing the tinctures
Natural CBD Oil is the clearer starting point for comparing CBD concentration. Its official specifications list 5,000 mg CBD in 30 mL, with hemp extract, MCT oil and vitamin E.
CBG:CBD Oil is a different formulation. The manufacturer specifies 1,000 mg CBD and 1,000 mg CBG in 30 mL. Its headline 1,000 mg refers to each cannabinoid, not their combined amount.
| Tincture | Labeled CBD per bottle | Bottle volume | Calculated CBD per mL |
|---|---|---|---|
| Natural | 5,000 mg | 30 mL | 166.7 mg |
| CBG:CBD | 1,000 mg | 30 mL | 33.3 mg |
The calculations use the stated package amounts. CBG:CBD also supplies a labeled 33.3 mg CBG per mL, which matters if you are choosing the blend for both cannabinoids. Concentration alone does not establish quality or the amount an individual should use. Our strength calculator explains the arithmetic without recommending a dose.
For price comparisons, check the exact bottle and purchase option. We could not verify current prices and their currency, so a cost-per-mg ranking would be unreliable. For Sleep and cartridges whose composition varies by batch, a price-per-mg calculation would also need the actual CBD amount.
What Sleep's 6,000 mg means
The Sleep CBD Oil page describes 6,000 mg of combined cannabinoids, primarily CBD and CBN, while one specification bullet confusingly calls that amount CBD.
A relevant KCA batch report, completed April 30, 2025, provides useful context: batch 10APR25-TINSL6000 measured 4,940 mg CBD, 710 mg CBN and 5,960 mg total cannabinoids per unit. This supports reading the product's 6,000 mg figure as a combined amount. It does not establish the composition of every bottle currently sold. If the CBD-to-CBN balance matters to your choice, match the available bottle to its report.
Cream and cartridges need separate comparisons
CBD Relief Cream is the only topical in this catalog selection. Its official page mentions both 500 mg and 2,200 mg options; our catalog tracks 2,200 mg. The presence of both numbers should not by itself be treated as contradictory labeling. The detailed description lists a 1.7 oz container, 10% menthol and several botanical ingredients. It is not a suitable choice for someone specifically seeking a menthol-free formula.
The report named CBD Relief Cream 2200mg, completed February 12, 2026, reports 1,920 mg CBD for a 50 g unit in batch 23JAN2026-RC. The measured CBD amount is below the 2,200 mg in the report's product name. We have not established a matching retail unit, measurement uncertainty or an applicable acceptance tolerance, so this is a batch observation, not a finding of noncompliance.
The Calm Focused Blend cartridge illustrates a different issue. Its official listing specifies a 1 mL, 510-thread cartridge and says CBD can reach 500 mg depending on the batch. Our fixed 500 mg catalog field loses that qualification. Readers comparing cartridges should check the batch composition and hardware requirements; a bottle of oral oil is not an interchangeable format.
Reading the testing evidence
3CHI's testing index provides batch results to compare with the product descriptions. We examined relevant parts of three reports, not a complete safety audit of the range.
The CBG:CBD report for batch 23JAN26-TINCBGCBD1000, completed February 11, 2026, records 926 mg CBD and 924 mg CBG per unit, compared with the labeled 1,000 mg each. Its pesticide panel includes several NR results, defined as recovery limitations associated with the sample matrix. Those entries establish neither absence nor a confirmed contamination finding.
The reports are hosted by the manufacturer. We have not independently authenticated them with the laboratory or matched them to current stock. Their not-detected THC results apply to the tested samples and methods, and do not provide a blanket zero-THC or drug-test guarantee.
Customer feedback: products and service
CBD Diff's validated snapshot from October 21, 2026 contains seven published ratings across five of the 17 products. Their review-count-weighted average is 4.4/5. This is a small aggregation of product scores, not an independently submitted brand score.
The retrieved official Natural and Sleep pages show 4.94/5 from 36 ratings and 4.75/5 from 105, respectively. These are seller-hosted product ratings from retrieved page copies, separate from CBD Diff's scores.
We also read four Soothe reviews and three Happy reviews at CBD.market. Soothe comments included both satisfaction and disappointment; one Happy reviewer praised the price. These are individual experiences, not evidence of effectiveness or a reliable value ranking. The retailer sells the products and identifies some comments as edited for claims restrictions.
The live Trustpilot company profile displayed 2.4/5 from 57 reviews on October 24. In the service accounts we rechecked, delivery delays appeared repeatedly, but experiences were mixed: there was also praise for prompt support and delivery, and one account reported a refund of an expedited-shipping charge. These accounts give a reason to check delivery arrangements. They concern the wider business and often other products, so they tell us little about a particular CBD formula.
Our assessment
Natural is a useful candidate for readers comparing labeled CBD concentration; CBG:CBD makes more sense to examine when a stated CBD/CBG combination is the priority. Sleep requires attention to the combined-cannabinoid figure and a matching batch report. For the cream, selecting the correct strength and deciding whether the menthol formula fits your preferences are more useful than comparing its milligrams with an oral oil.
The choice of formulas is useful, and the reports reveal differences that the headline milligram figures miss. Before buying, ask for the report that matches the bottle or cartridge on offer. The external feedback covers too few of these specific CBD products to settle the choice.
Research scope: all 17 catalog records; targeted rechecks of product and service feedback; selected panels from three manufacturer-hosted laboratory reports. Source access was selective, and current retail batches and prices were not verified. No hands-on testing or cross-platform rating average is implied.
