From each serving to a daily total

CBD Daily Dosage Calculator

See how much CBD your entered servings add up to in one day. You choose the amounts; this tool calculates the total.

Your daily entries

Your entered servings

Enter CBD per serving and how many of those servings you want to count in one day. Use another entry for a different product or serving size.

Entry 1

Use CBD in one serving, not the entire bottle or all cannabinoids combined. Unit: mg.

Enter a whole number of these servings for one day. Frequency is your input, not a suggestion. Unit: servings.

Use a decimal point or comma for CBD amounts, without thousands separators. Entries stay only on this page; reloading clears them.

Label arithmetic only. This total does not assess safety, interactions, product quality or how much CBD your body absorbs.

One serving. One day. A clear total.

  1. 1. Find CBD per servingUse the amount of CBD in the serving you want to count. For a bottle labeled with total CBD, calculate the amount in your measured portion first.
  2. 2. Enter the number of servingsCount how many servings of that same size you want to include in one day. Use a separate entry if the amount changes.
  3. 3. Check the breakdownEach entry is multiplied by its frequency. The daily total adds all complete entries, without treating missing information as zero.

Worked example

5 mg

CBD per serving

2

Servings in one day

Calculated daily total

10 mg/day

5 mg per serving × 2 servings per day = 10 mg/day. These numbers demonstrate the formula; they are not a suggested serving, schedule or daily amount.

What this number means

Your result is the sum of the labeled CBD amounts you entered. It is not a measurement of absorbed CBD, a check of the product’s composition or a personal recommendation. Do not use it to adjust a prescribed treatment.

The FDA reports that it has not found sufficient information to establish how much CBD can be consumed, and for how long, before causing harm. For decisions about using CBD, speak with a healthcare provider. Read the FDA explanation of CBD safety uncertainties.

Common questions

Does this calculator tell me how much CBD to take?

No. You choose every serving amount and frequency. The calculator adds those amounts; it does not recommend a dose, assess safety or predict an effect.

How do I find CBD per serving?

Use the CBD amount for the specific serving on your label. For oil labeled only with bottle totals, the Strength Calculator converts total CBD and bottle volume into CBD per mL and per measured serving.

What if my servings have different amounts?

Create a separate entry for each amount. For example, count one serving size in the first entry and a different size in the second. Do not count the same serving twice.

Can I include gummies, capsules and oil?

You can total the labeled CBD amounts from these formats if you know CBD per serving. Adding them is only arithmetic; it does not establish that combining products is appropriate or safe, or that equal mg amounts have equal effects.

Does it include THC, CBN or other ingredients?

No. Enter CBD only. Combined cannabinoid totals and hemp extract weight cannot be substituted for CBD. Other ingredients and their interactions are not assessed.

Why does it not ask for my body weight?

This tool calculates a total from your entries. It does not use a weight-based formula to prescribe or suggest CBD intake.

Are my entries saved?

No. The calculation runs in your browser, without saving entries to your device or sending them to a calculator service. Reloading or leaving the page clears the entries. You can copy the result yourself.
